Maya Likovernik serves as the Chair of the Board of Keshet – Donor-Advised Fund Israel, and is a long-standing leader in Israel’s financial, infrastructure, and investment sectors.
Alongside her role at Keshet, Maya is the Chair of MAX, one of Israel’s largest financial services brands. MAX operates over two million active credit cards, provides payment processing services to tens of thousands of businesses, and offers a wide range of financial products. MAX is wholly owned by Clal Insurance and Finance, where Maya also serves as a member of the Board of Directors.

Until early 2025, Maya served as Chair of NTA – Metropolitan Mass Transit System, the Israeli government company responsible for planning, constructing, and operating the mass transit network for the Tel Aviv metropolitan area. This project is the largest and most complex transportation initiative ever undertaken in Israel—and one of the most significant of its kind globally—driving a historic infrastructural and cultural shift in the country.
