Letter from the Chair and CEO
2024 was undoubtedly one of the most challenging years in the history of Israel’s civil society. Despite these hard times, both nationally and internationally, Keshet realized its vision and solidified its status as a national asset for strengthening society and advancing philanthropy in Israel.
This year, we have witnessed significant achievements alongside critical moments that underscored the importance of our work – from supporting social welfare organizations to expanding donor networks in Israel and worldwide. We are proud to be part of the civic fabric of hope and generosity that strengthens the foundations of Israeli society.
The following report highlights a year of intensive activity, accomplishments, and a forward-focused outlook. Above all, it reflects our donor’s and partner’s generosity and dedication to building a stronger Israel.
We want to express our gratitude to everyone who has supported, invested, and believed in our mission.
With great respect,

Keshet in Action
This year, amid pain and loss, the power of Israeli generosity was on full display. An unprecedented wave of donations created vital support circles—from assisting the families of hostages to supporting women whose partners were called to reserve duty and aiding evacuees. Our ability to efficiently and professionally connect donors with urgent needs on the ground demonstrated the power of organized philanthropy in times of national crisis. The following stories highlight how strategic partnerships between donors, organizations, and communities create a lasting, sustainable impact.

Over the Rainbow (Keshet)
In 2024, we launched Me’ever LaKeshet (Over the Rainbow), a podcast that spotlights the leading voices behind Israel’s strategic philanthropy. Hosted by Maya Natan, Keshet CEO, the podcast reveals the driving forces behind some of the country’s most significant social initiatives.
The first season kicks off with inspiring conversations featuring key figures such as Inbar Shashua Bar-Nir, who discusses redefining philanthropy in Israel; Gigi Levy-Weiss, who explores the integration of technology and social impact; and Maya Liquornik, who delves into the paradigm shift in giving in Israel. Each episode uncovers the human stories behind the initiatives that are shaping Israeli society.
