This report reflects Keshet’s activities in 2025 - a year defined by the continued strengthening of long-term philanthropic infrastructure and the deepening of strategic partnerships. We are publishing it at a time of heightened regional complexity. Alongside significant security developments, Israeli society has experienced loss and disruption in all aspects of everyday life. Such periods reinforce the essential role of stable civic institutions and long-term frameworks of responsibility.
For Keshet, 2025 reaffirmed the importance of structured philanthropy - grounded in long-term perspective, disciplined governance and trust in organizations operating on the ground. Not philanthropy driven solely by immediate response, but capital deployed with continuity, foresight and institutional integrity.
The growth reflected in this report - in partnerships, in scale and in strategic clarity - is not an end in itself. It represents a shared commitment to responsible capital stewardship and sustained social resilience. We thank you for your continued trust and partnership, and look forward to advancing this work together - with consistency, responsibility and long-term vision.

Launched at the President’s Residence:
Oganim – A Funder Collaborative for Growth
One of the year’s most significant milestones was the launch of the public advisory council Oganim - Foundations Partnership for Growth, at a ceremony held at the President’s Residence on September 9th.
Oganim was established as a partnership of seven philanthropic foundations that joined forces following the events of October 7, with the goal of supporting the rehabilitation of affected regions and advancing long-term regional development through substantial, large-scale investments.
The Advisory Council is chaired by Mrs. Michal Herzog, First Lady of Israel, and the Oganim fund is managed by Ms. Tair Efragan. The Advisory Council includes 18 members, most of whom are residents of the Western Negev and northern Israel, and brings together professionals and public representatives with experience in social, academic, public, and business spheres.

The Advisory Council advises Oganimon shaping its strategy, representing local communities, and contributing up-to-date, practical expertise regarding regional needs, challenges, strengths, and assets. Oganim focuses on a number of strategic projects aimed at long-term development in northern Israel and the Western Negev, with the goal of strengthening economic and social resilience in these regions.
